"I was tired of HR Block messing up my taxes and getting me stuck paying extra fees. Not sure why no one talked about Cost Cutters as the place to go for taxes. Name says it all right? They advertise easy to set up appointments, $15 cost plus tip. I also brought credit cards due to their aggressive marketing campaign about using scissors. And i thought theyd cut all my credit cards up and keep that temptation away from me. I walk in and sit in a nice sort of reclining chair, i guess its cold because they throw a blanket on me. The accountant looks to be a former Miss Tijuana and i start to explain my money woes. I donate to a lot of charities ; Animal Suicide Prevention, Keep Obama out of Office, The Human Fund, etc. About 48 minutes later Me and Former Miss Tijuana have planned a fake marriage together which will get me more tax cuts! I give this sort of stranger my Social Security Info, Bank Info, everything so hopefully she files my taxes well. Ill see you next fiscal year honey! Highly Recommend!"

"First let me start off with she was very nice and professional. I called before I came to see if they could do my kind of hair. I was told yes. Well this is where the plot thickens. When she was washing my hair I knew she did not know what she was doing but hey I’m going to see how it goes. My hair is still wet at my roots. I have a sew in and that was said on the phone and when I got here. She blow dried the hair itself and curled it. I was pleasant because she was pleasant. I even asked had she done this before. Her response was a few times. Let’s just say I came out looking like a dry rooster. That’s what I get for trying something new because I am out of town. I tipped for her being pleasant not because it was good Ok y’all I FaceTime my friend and he said them people got you looking like that ole doll head."

"I went in today for a brow wax. I got to meet Victoria B. She was all smiles and bubbly. She was quick and did an amazing job. The lady she was working with was just as wonderful only I didn’t get her name. She is in my photo though. She is new to this store but you definitely would not know it. I loved her professionalism and talking with me and making sure I was happy with my service. You all should definitely book her for your styling needs. She was even able to wax my brows in a way that hid my scar. You won’t be disappointed. Sincerely a happy customer. Krissy Howard"
