"I called and asked if they was accepting walking ins and the man, “said yes”. Than ask me when I was planning on coming in? I said’ can I come in an hour and the man said yes that’s perfect, I than okay great see you then he said, sounds good”. So an hour had went by I went in. I was there for 10 minutes when a women come asked if I was I a walk-in and I said, “ yes ma’am” and she told me it was going to be 30-44 minutes because they lady that was going to be cutting my hair just started a cut, so I said that fine. Well 2 hours later after taking walk-ins that came in after me a man come ask me again if I was a walk-in I than repeated yes sir, and he ask what cut I want and I told him he ask if I could show him a picture so I showed him one he took my phone to show the lady whom was going to cut my hair and he come back to tell me she said she could do the cut all day everyday, than proceeded to tell me I need to schedule incase they couldn’t get to me but I could still wait for a cut and if they didn’t get to me I could come back on the scheduled day and time. I was okay with that not even two minutes later he comes back to tell me my best bet is to come back on my schedule day and time or go to another salon. So a complete waste of time 2 hours of waiting after being told they could do it in 1 hour from my call than waiting another 10 minutes that lead up to 2 hours and 10 mins in the salon waiting not counting the hour I waited to go in. I’ll never take my services here."
