"Was not impressed with the service people, treated me like a little kid. I know what I need for my Lincoln mkx . I was a mechanic for 40 years, I still do all my own repairs, I was told I needed to have the tie rod ends replaced , I told them that I will do it myself. The counter person said ,we can go ahead and alignment I I told him why would I do that with the tie rods bad. I didn't fall for it. Got my keys and asked him how much I owe you for looking at it. He said nothing. Is owed so I left . I was told the job would cost me if I come back it would be about 300 dollars or more. To have it alignment done. He raised his price 100 dollars more than first was quoted. I will get my car taken care of else where. Not impressed. Tim wiscaver."

"They were asked to apply a firmware update, but didn't do it. I did it myself! Now my WIFI works again."

"Scheduled for oil change and tire rotation and balance. After 2 1/2 hours of waiting I was informed that two of our NEW tires that have only 5K miles on them could NOT be balanced?? Oil change was done and after checking tires after I got home, that I marked before hand, they were NOT rotated!! Not impressed with whole experience at all."
