"BEWARE. J.R. took advantage of my daughter. He scammed her out of a lot of money. Supposedly fixed her car but it broke down 10 mins after she picked it up from JR's shop. They took her car back and essentially said it was another thing that was wrong and wanted MORE money. We took it to another mechanic and it seemed like they did something to the car. This was a SCAM that ended up costing us almost triple. Steer clear of this place!"

"Checking the seals in used transmissions (when they refuse to find a transmission for you) is "not their job." Sent me home with a dry transmission and some grinding noise that I haven't been able to get diagnosed by any other mechanics."

"Got ripped off there back in 13. Paid $117 to have plugs put in my escape. Come to find out sometime later end was missing. Mech stated the plug under plenum chamber must be removed to access. Apparently this shop failed to do their due diligence. I have respect for the father who didn't do the work."

"I originally asked Ford to do the job but the didn't have the tools to do it ironically but called JR and they qouted me less than Ford. They ran into issues and ended up lasting about a week longer than estimated but was still less than what for requested. The 7.3 runs great and probably will not go anywhere else after the experience that I had with them. They changed my oil and flushed the radiator without asking. That's over 200 bucks for free and still would be close to breaking even with Ford/JWilderman."
