"My husband was in DCH for a week and then moved Noland Hospital for a week due to pneumonia. Originally, I was concerned due to the bad reviews and was hesitant to agree to have him transferred there. It only took a few hours to know that it was the best place for him. The care was amazing! The nurses, PCAs, respiratory therapists and physicians were all so attentive to his needs. Under their care he improved rapidly! I would highly recommend Noland Hospital for anyone who has been in respiratory distress and needs to receive the best care possible."

"Y'all should be a little more cautious about who you hire. You have a RN named Penny Simpson who is openly bigoted on social media and she has you listed as her employer. Not a very good representation of your facility."

"The doctors recommended my family member to be admitted at this place. They do not have any nurses or nurse assistants to work. They only check on my family member 2 times per shift. That is at shift change times . I would not recommendmy neighborsworst dog enemy to come here..Nobody knows anything. It takes forever to get anything . I say do not go here. Sometimes I think a nursing home would be better than this place"

"WORST PLACE EVER! I wouldn't send my dog there! Nobody knows anything and don't even think about calling and trying to ask how your loved one is doing because u will hear I don't know because I have not had her and when we ask about specific questions for example... what % is their trach on? are they still on trach? Nobody knows anything and obviously they do not chart or refuse to look at it. When I went to visit my aunt two weeks ago the thermometer was not working that guests use to check their temp before visiting family so the nurse told me "to just write down 97.9". REALLY?????? The room is absolutely disgusting and yes I have pics but they will not be posted until my Aunt is out of this place. After many requests for a bed pan none was brought. And the list goes on and on. The 2 names we were given that could do something about this refuse to call us back. Nurses are busy yes and it's a stressful job yes but this place is an absolute joke. The place where my aunt had an IV blead out has been there 2 days. The bag where she gets her food leaked last week all over the floor and is still there. They are obviously use to no visitors due to covid and families not seeing what goes on."

"My family was not happy with the care or staff who took care of my aunt and we all took turns so that one of us would see her daily. We traveled 4 hours one way, weekly to see her. We had to make an appointment in advance for the one hour we would be there between 2-5. I think they were happy for the Covid rules which only let one person visit per day for that hour. My aunt started out on the ventilator, therefore she couldn’t use a nurse call button, then when removed still had a trach. When we went to see her the call button was on the floor or out of reach. When she could finally talk , all she could do was yell out to them for help. Her catheter bag was mostly always full of urine, the IV machine alarm went off frequently and alarmed a long time before turning off/fixing the problem. The last day I saw her, she passed away that night. While I was there, an alarm kept going off, saying Respiration too high, it was 46! They would just turn it off as if her respiration’s didn’t matter. One nurse would huff at you and roll her eyes at you when trying to ask her questions. One nurse acted like he didn’t know what he was doing. You felt like you were bothering them to ask questions or ask for anything. There was only one nurse that seemed caring for my aunt and us and one lady at the nurses desk where you signed in to see my aunt that was very nice. After my aunt passed, they could not find her belongings! After some persuasion, they came up with all of it, even a plant they had helped themselves to at the desk. Thus is definitely not somewhere I would want another family member to go to. I can only hope that the staff there receive the same love and care if they’re ever in the facility as a patient as they gave our loved one! There’s a lot more but I’ll stop there."
