"most unhelpful and rude staff I have ever worked with, i cannot afford the birth control they started me on and for the past week have been trying to talk to a doctor about switching to generic. I have been hung up on, ignored & overall have had the worst experience with these people. I was told that I could leave a message and the doctor would get back with me, that was a week ago, today I have called up there twice only to be met with the most rude & unfriendly & unhelpful staff. This is incompetence & it’s really not that difficult to switch a prescription over! Y’all suck!"

"The staff here were absolutely amazing. We were admitted for a very traumatic experience and they made this process more bearable. From walking in the ER to staying over night in Labor and Delivery Dr. Gray and all the nurses treated us with grace and kindness. They were supportive of our needs and wants and made sure we were constantly comfortable and well informed. Our experience was by far nothing we would ever want anyone else to experience but given the circumstances this group handled it amazingly and for that we are grateful."

"It is actually disgusting the way the front desk receptionist treat the patients. I have been harassed via mail about my balance I owe that isn't even that much. Im only 25 and am making payments as often as I can and I was literally shamed today on the phone by one of the staff about not making payments enough. Its so humiliating and disgusting how they talk to you. Not only that, I have tried multiple times to get my medical records sent over. I did my part and filled out the release form and faxed it back a few different times to two different fax numbers and they claimed to never gotten it. So im having to physically go up there tomorrow and the lady I spoke to said I have to pay my balance when I get there to pick up my lab records.. She was so horrendously rude and shamed me about my balance. Every receptionist there is so rude."

"I'm a FTM and my labor bar delivery was better than expected. My nurses were awesome during my entire stay. Dr. Glass is the best and I'm glad I chose her to care for me and my baby. I recommend all pregnant women to go to this location for labor and delivery."

"My son had a day surgery hand surgery there. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and meet our needs. My son was actually taken back early for surgery. During the surgery I got phone calls with updates in the room. One nurse offered me some snacks when he was taking a little while to wake up completely. The hospitality was second to none!"
