"Overcharged several times. $500 for thermostat $315 for battery, $90 for a $45 part, I had a battery under warranty with Hughs and he agreed to fix it. I told him if it wasn't under warranty that I didn't want it repaired. He agreed and began to fix it. Once he was almost finished he began telling me I had a bad attitude, and I asked why he thought that and he said bc I said I didn't want to pay. He began yelling at me that he didnt run a hundred thousand dollar business by doing work for free. It was under warranty. He took advantage of me several times and realized he couldn't anymore so he was done doing business with me. I told him he was not going to scream at me or speak to me like that. He got in my face and launched at me several times. I didnt back down and it made him more angry. I took out my phone, he pretended to calm down and then he showed his true colors again. I have half the incident on video bc I wanted him to stop yelling at me. I was completely shocked at how it happend. We were there for 45 minutes and 30 of it was completely normal and civil. I thanked him for his help. Ect. He turned like a psycho bc he wasnt making any money on something he guaranteed; and only after my mom left (bc I thought id have to leave my car) I have never been treated so horribly. He figured out he couldnt scam me anymore....the 1st time I brought my dad with me and i thought he was such an honest man. He isn't. He may do good business with men but women he targets for extra money. Go there for yourself and see. Give it time. People reap what they sow so....:) I did call him a horrible name when I left and for that I do feel bad about but he screamed at me for absolutely no reason whatsoever. Like I said he knew I figured out he was scamming me and couldnt anymore. When he was fixing it and explaining things so nicely I thought for a moment perhaps I had been wrong about him but I wasn't...for sure. And now I know For Sure! I could go on but I will leave it. I am done with it and letting it go. Good Luck ."

"Jase was the nicest guy I've dealt with in quite a while. My vehicle was broken down on the side of the road (normal car issue) and he went out of his way to make sure that my son wasn't stranded. It's rare to find these kinds of businesses anymore. Thank you for great service and I would definitely recommend this business to all family and friends in this area!"
