"When he removed the previous gel nails, he used a Dremel type tool and took off more than just the polish. Took some nail, too. He didn't use cotton swabs & foil for the acetone to get the rest of the polish off. Instead, he had me soak my entire fingertips in a filthy bowl that had obviously been used by several people. I pointed out that one of my nails had split and he acted 'put out' because he had to put a dot of super glue on it. Didn't buff the glue after it dried and just painted over it. The next day, that nail split and the gel polish flaked off from the tip. I ended up having to cut most of that one off. At 4 days, another nail flaked off (didn't split or break, the polish just flaked off). Not even worth the $25 I paid. Spent half my vacation with terrible looking nails... How embarrassing. I won't be back. Photo is at 2 weeks of wearing, I'm on my way to get them done somewhere else."

"Booked an appointment at 6 as soon as they opened, arrived early and still didn’t get in a chair until 7, no biggie but just a little disappointed regarding having to cancel some other plans to accommodate. Other than that very friendly service, fair prices, and beautiful nails❤️"

"My best friend and I usually drive up to a nail salon in Martinsville and decide not to this time so we look at reviews from the places in Bedford and this one by far has the best so we went here tonight. Let me tell you I’ve been to many nail salons and this is by far the best one I’ve been to in a while! We were in and out in a hour (which never happens for us we usually plan for atleast a 3 hr trip) the employee were amazing and the price were great and our nails look incredible! After Tonight we definitely will be come back here for now on!"

"Kim is fantastic. I am so happy with my acrylic fill. Let me explain why: - The nails are filed perfectly straight. - They aren’t too thick. - They’re perfectly smooth. - She was so quick! - When I changed my mind and decided to go shorter, she was so nice to accommodate me. I highly, highly recommend. Easily the best nail salon I’ve been to in a while. Oh, and I’m really disappointed in all these racist reviews. How dare you people?"
