"Not even worth one star.....Nightmare, stylist acted like she had no idea what she was doing when cutting hair, my daughter that has never cut hair could have done a better job! $21 dollars donated to a Terrible cause! Stylist shaved around one of my ears and snipped around the other they were so uneven, I was afraid to ask her to fix it, went in for a cut and I had to tell her how to cut it And even though it wasn't even and it was visibly to be seen she would still ask me if it looked okay, It was almost humerous how dumb she acted, she was completely clueless and clearly just there for a paycheck. I won't ever go back. The picture in the pink jacket was after leaving the salon.... The other picture is after I got home and my daughter and I trimmed it up the rest of the way and made it look like an actual haircut styled!"

"The stylists I once trusted aren't there anymore. I'm tired of having to get my cut fixed. I understand it's not an easy cut to get done, but if someone hasn't done it before they should be open about that upfront and turn the cut away instead of leaving clients with a bad taste in their mouth. Couldn't even get curtain bangs trimmed straight for my daughter. Will have to go somewhere to get those fixed too. This is the second time that's been messed up as well. I don't know what caused all the stylists to find another salon but I am searching as well. I was once very impressed but no longer. I know I should say something while there, but I'm not going to let someone keep cutting and end up with no chance of fixing it."
