"We have not had a good luck/experience with televisions/sound equipment until we came here! We met Gavin at his store where he gave us an incredible experience with his theater system. He is full of knowledge with what works and what does not, discussed which option would be best for what we have to achieve that movie theater experience that we wanted, gave us ideal recommendations on how to improve the sound quality of our media room. He sets you up with the best option for your budget. You give him a number, he stays at that number. His install was up and running that day. He had everything organized. His mess was cleaned up. He came back to hang our lighted glow poster (these are awesome) and we needed some help with some things. He didn’t think twice of it. I also was bothered by some of the lights on our equipment as we would watch movies and he built me a mesh cover to go over it that does not interfere with sound quality. It looks like one big speaker. I wish I could add photos of the amazing work he has done for our family. I can tell he truly loves what he does. Gavin truly does go over and beyond for his customers based off his reviews and our experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to get started or updated with their setup."

"Exceptional business! Highly recommend because of their knowledge of exactly what needs to be done and great customer service. They take care of everything from delivery of equipment to install and setup. Very fast response time. They installed a 77” TV and custom sound bar on wall and it looks terrific. They also installed a 65” TV for relative within a few days of calling & ordering. After the original TV arrived damaged, they got a replacement TV delivered and hung the very next day...incredible customer service. You will not be disappointed! I would not trust anyone else."
