He explains all the pros and cons of the treatment so I can make an independent judgement. His staff is extremely helpful! Dr. Walker has a great rapport with his assistant and hygienist and they work very well together. I just love the receptionist , Becky. She is very friendly and is always willing to help get our appointments rescheduled if we have to cancel. I also have a special needs son that they are absolutely wonderful with. Dr. Walker will always be our dentist!"

"On two separate occasions I have attempted to make an appointment and on both occasions the receptionist was very rude.I see that this isnt the first review regarding this horrible receptionist. Dr.Walker should be aware that who he has working the phones is hurting his business. I have found someone else. I would not recommend this business based solely on the way I was treated on the phone. It's a shame because it would have been convenient, but I will drive farther for kinder service. It seems this women would be better suited in another role, perhaps a prison guard? She certainly has the aptitude for it."
