"Was not thrilled with the child pedicure station. The footbath leaked all over my granddaughter's shoes and the gentleman let me question granddaughter if she put her shoes in water when he knew basin leaked on her shoes. Felt like wee were a bother."

"My appt was at 3:00. She took two girls at my appt time. I sat until 3:30 and asked how long I had to wait since I had already waited 30 minutes. She started working on my nails and did a horrible job. I think she was angry with me. She worked fast and did not have me wash my hands. Therefore I had dust particles in the polish. She did not put oil on my cuticles. I won’t go back with a temper like that."
