"I went for a manicure and the quality was far from good. I understand people need to learn but someone really needs to check under qualified people's work before your customers leave. I was told he didn't remove all my cuticles because the more you mess with them more keep coming. I just laughed and simply let him try to do this simple manicure, I am just dumbfounded about the whole situation."
