"It’s hard to book an appointment here. I think it’s great if you are a contractor here, and get to be your own boss and not even need to respond to potential customers if they reach out, but hard if you are a customer. As a “customer”, you have to request an appointment with an individual contractor. I’ve had multiple times where they simply never respond. Not even a “no,” it’s a non response. It’s not a place you can call and simply book in a normal fashion. After multiple unsuccessful tries simply trying to book an appointment, I have needed to go elsewhere for services"
