"I received a text message from Anthony Vince Nail Spa for 30% off services since I hadn’t been in awhile. I decided to pop in after completing my Christmas shopping and get a pedicure. The technician that did my pedicure was nice, however this pedicure was very painful. When cutting my cuticle around my big toe, she was pretty aggressive and caused my toe to start bleeding. I’ve never had that issue happen before whilst receiving a pedicure. She also did not get the dead skin from around the toes cleared out; resulting in more pain every time she squeezed my toe to do something to it. I received the signature pedicure and the massage lasted a good full minute as well as not receiving what they call the “cheese grater” on my heel- like I normally receive from every pedicure I’ve ever had; including from this location. I presented my coupon at checkout, only to be told it’s from the Carmel location. I was brought over to who I can only assume is a manager who did not very kindly explain that it was a Carmel exclusive coupon. All the coupon said was to come back into Anthony Vince Nail Spa and receive 30% off. I was made to feel like an idiot while he told me 3 times that it was from a different location and there were not going to honor the coupon. I understand that they are independently owned and would’ve have been totally fine had the customer service been more kind. Receiving this was the only reason I came in at this time because Christmas is right around the corner. I would recommend the Carmel location over the HTC one. I’ve stopped coming here for my actual nails because they were never up to par with what I had asked for. In this economy nails are a luxury and the service should be a luxury as well. I did not receive great service and honestly left pretty upset from this experience."

"This place is fantastic and worth the money. Got a regular pedi and a full set of nails. They're thin, even, well shaped and holding up amazingly. Go here ! We walked in no appointment on a Friday and got right in"

"They were very nice but my nails are extremely lumpy and poorly shaped. I did not want to say anything because it was late and after closing but I will be going elsewhere to get this removed first thing in the morning. I honestly can’t even stand looking at them and the pictures do not even show how bad the shape/lumps are. They also did no cuticle care and I left the salon with my hands so dry they were cracking. The pedicure was fine at least."
