"Took my son opening day 6/28. Had an hour wait. We asked the stylist Erika if she could do the design and she said yes. She was even asked by management if she could do it and again said yes. She asked to see the photo twice to make sure she was doing it right. She brought my son out to the lobby and it was nothing like what we asked for. She then told me without the proper tools and a template she couldn’t do it. She should have known this before she said she could do it!! Very disappointed with the whole experience. My son wanted this haircut for his birthday party on 7/3 and now we have to shave his head because of how horrible it looks. It doesn’t resemble a spiderweb at all!!!"
