"I scheduled my rust proofing appointment online. Communication was good. I showed up about 15 minutes early, the person in charge met me in the parking lot and asked me if I had any questions or requests. I discussed some special instructions, he answered some questions, and immediately brought my truck inside and work began. In only half the time allotted, the job was done to my specifications, and he said they would just send an invoice and I could pay it later. By the time I got home, an invoice had been emailed and I promptly paid it. As perfectly smooth and trouble free experience as you can possibly imagine. I drove an hour and a half from home to get this product over all the other ones available near home, and I was not disappointed in ANY way.
