Tipton Nails

"I have been here several times and ALWAYS make an appointment. My previous visits I have had no issues. Yesterday 12/30, I realize was weekend of a holiday however I went in for a dip and had my nails wrapped in foil and had to sit and wait while 2 separate techs did a complete service of acrylic fill and and acrylics on walk ins. 40 MINUTES waiting in wrap for my dip to come with an appointment! Not acceptable! Was so bad one of my nails actually was damaged from the acetone they had to do an acrylic so all my nails were the same length… my nails were all natural. She rushed doing my nails … they did look nice but did not take the time they usually do. Making appointments should account for something. This is poor customer service"

"Friendly people. 3 nail techs and 1 who does pedicures. Fast, and I was happy with the end product. Update: The set only lasted me 4 days before 1 popped off while I was trying to fix my son's bike. Then another one popped off when I was shutting the hood to my SUV. No I was not being hard on them nor was I putting vigor labor to them. I haven't been back since this visit, but I had planned to go again to give them another shot and try something different."
