"This was my first time and it was a wonderful experience! After my stylist moved out of state, I tried many salons and did not get the results that I had asked and showed pictures of my previous hairstyle, this place got it right!! Ali was spectacular! I showed her the cut and color I used to get from my previous stylist, and she did exactly what I wanted! I will be going back! As a matter of fact, I scheduled my next appointment. It was well worth the price and was within the assumed time frame I thought it would take. If you are looking for a quality, friendly, and attentive stylist, this is the place to go in Nappanee!"

"The nail tech did a good job but the owner of the salon had her little dog there and it took a dump right next to the front door. The next lady coming in almost stepped in it. Once my nails were done I set my purse on my lap to pay and the dog had peed on my purse! The owner offered to have it "cleaned" at the dry cleaning place next door. I didn't think that was a good solution and asked to be reimbursed for the purse. She refused at first but after arguing with me and threatening to get lawyers involved she finally agreed to reimburse me. She said she would mail me a check for it but she never did. The owner was so very rude, unprofessional and just not a nice person. I'd stay far away from this salon!! Update: And now within an hour of posting this, she has called me to tell me she is going to file harassment charges against me. Update #2: Half the positive reviews on here are not genuine reviews. They are also from people who have never visited her salon, and came within hours after I originally posted my negative review to save her rating, but she only called out the negative ones. Blows my mind that people would even back her up after how she's treated me as a customer. But that's enough said about this terrible business owner/person. Justice/karma will find it's way."

"I may have a biased opinion, but I have watched Ali accomplish so much with this salon. It truly is her pride and joy to be a successful business owner all while doing her best to help others feel their greatest. I’ve had my hair bleached by her for the last 6 years, I still have healthy long blonde hair. I truly believe if I went to another salon I would not have the beautiful hair I have today. She’s honest and will suggest what options she feels is best for your hair, that’s rare to come by.
