"Attendant was incredibly rude before even greeting me. Gave me zero proper direction as to what I was supposed to do but proceeded to get an attitude with me because apparently I was doing things wrong. I’ve only been here once before a while ago. I don’t remember how it normally works at John’s as I’m used to just dropping my car off at my dealership. Unprofessional. Won’t be returning."

"Prices are considerably higher than others in the area, but its one of the fastest drive in oil changes I've ever been to. Good customer service. Staff was super friendly and ver knowledgeable. They checked my filters, topped off fluids, and aired up my tires. They also offer windshield wiper replacement (I'm not sure if you can bring your own in to be installed but they sell them!). The carwash itself is also nice."
