"Had issues with my vehicle so I began a search for a reputable business. Found this one, they had great reviews so it seemed to be an easy as well as good choice (so I thought). My car was delivered (towed) on the Dec 7th as I made an appointment. I was actually told that was the day that my vehicle could be assesed. Today is Dec 15th and I am yet to hear from this shop about my vehicle. I have called at least 3 times and left a voicemail. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of professionalism with this establishment. I have no choice but to assume that all of the reviews are fake. Communication is free and a necessity. Most businesses are aware of this, I guess this one didn't get the memo"
