"Never use them again. Don’t ever recommend. My daughter had hail damage and our insurance had us use them and car came back with scratches and white paint on top. Mind u car is black and not sure how that happened. They fixed it was was very rude to my daughter and myself when called them out."

"We were given a written quote of $329.00 to fix the driver panel on our car, so we took the car there. Upon completion of the car they texted not called to say it would be $650.00 because paint and labor wasn’t included in the quote! This is a body shop how do you not include that in your quote? So instead of them doing the right thing and honoring their quote they said that we had to pay it even though it was their mistake! Bad business! If you realize the quote was wrong you should at least call BEFORE you do the work to make sure the person can afford it! Their response was “I don’t know what to tell you, computers make mistakes”..... really? Than get your computer problems worked out, we shouldn’t have to pay for that! I do not recommend this body shop! And to top it off they charge 3% if you want to pay with a card! If they would have given the 650.00 quote we may have went somewhere else that was cheaper and actually a professional business!"

"I had my truck burglarized. They tried to use a tire iron on the lock, when that didn’t work they used the tire iron on my window to steal my briefcase. Although I live almost 100 miles away, I knew Parkway did quality work. They arranged a rental car to be waiting for me when I gave them my truck. They did the work flawlessly, quickly, and the truck looked as good as new when they completed the work. Hopefully I won’t need body work done for quite some time, but if I do, I will definitely be brining my vehicles back to them. I highly recommend them to my friends and family."
