"It took 8 hours and 5 phone calls to get a script sent to the pharmacy for my husband. The last phone call we asked for them to call us back and we waited until 3 minutes until they closed until we had to call them to remind them (again) that a script needed to be sent. Sorry to have you stay over, but your 3 minutes on the phone amounted to nothing compared to the 8 hours we waited for something so simple."
