"I bought the most expensive option, and it malfunctioned immediately. I was forced to drive out with a wet, soapy vehicle because it let another vehicle in. When I went to report it to an employee, someone else was complaining about a malfunction also. We were both basically told "too bad, there's nothing we can do." Don't waste your money!!"

"So my review of Dirtbusters has now changed. On my previous review, I stated that the wash had removed paint from my Yukon. They kindly fixed it and we went along our day. Now I would think this would be a fluke. So, I continued to support the small company and went through it again. 2 weeks ago, the wash removed the paint from my passenger door. They have not returned my calls nor have made any measurement of assisting in this matter. I have had cars from 1995 to 2020 and go thru a wash without any issues. All they can say is that my paint on the yukon is junk. Do note this a 2016 Yukon that gets maintained and washed as needed. Please be cautious of this one. The care wash across from Culligan may be a better option. Never had issues with them. 2023 Update: I'm not sure what is going on at Dirtbusters. When first built here in Frankfort, it used to get your car so clean to the point that you didn't have paint or clear coat. Now, everything time I go through, they can't even get the dirt off the lower body or even wheels."

"$16 for a deluxe wash. Vehicle was properly washed, however, the wheels were left with dirt on them. I'll drive to Crew Car Wash next time."
