"Not very star nail. they were rough with the nail filing made me bleed , didnt push cuticles back, weird shaping the two workers that were there were literally barefoot they told us the nails would be 28 and made us pay over that afterwards. they messed up the SINGLE letter i wanted on my nail, me wnd my friend were NOT happy."

"Started clipping away before sanding old gel polish off my acrylic causing my nail to crack, left my hand soaking in acetone for a hour. Clipped my nails with kindergarten school scissors, then made them uneven causing them to be super short on top of wrong color."

"I brought a girl with cerebral palsy in and the man was so rude. I explained that I would need to help hold one hand down. He was beyond rude saying she would mess up her nails and then after sitting down he just said wait for her I can’t do it and kept saying. The woman was rude as well and the ruder they got the more her anxiety grew. This young lady could not only hear every word that was said about her but she also understood every word that was said. We left there her nails not dry and not to mention we didn’t even get her toe nails done. Hands down the most disrespectful place and people I’ve ever dealt with. Not only will I be spreading the word to anyone that will listen I will never step foot back in there. Place wasn’t even busy such a shame to treat human being like this! Y’all should be ashamed of your grown behavior. Also cerebral palsy is not contagious you will not get it by touching her. Zero stars for this place. If u have a child with special needs DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE. My young lady left there crying bc she thought she did something wrong. Shame on you and your business!!!!"

"reluctantly, i took my daughter to this joint exactly 8 days ago. she’s never had her nails done. not gel or acrylic. not professionally. we always do them ourselves. but school was starting and i wanted to take her for an official manicure. we had some fairly simple gel polish done. she had the female nail tech, who was pleasant. i got the male tech, who is always extremely rude and always has been.. i’m not sure why i even chose to go to them, honestly. after several failed attempts over the years.. he was so rude, never bothered to file or buff my nails before applying the gel, and then scolded me when my thumb nail smeared after being under the UV light. don’t waste your time or money. i feel like i always tip really well, regardless of the quality of work, but after all the times i’ve gone to them, being poorly treated, and feeling unappreciated for my business, i’m done. my polish was lifting after the third day and it’s now 8 days later and i’m down to 4 nails that are still polished. i know gels don’t stay on that long, but 8 days? my own gels last way longer than that. find a better nail salon. it’s worth it. he just ruins the whole experience, in my opinion. when people pay good money for a relaxing experience, they want to be treated fairly."
