"Buckle in kids. I am beyond livid. I might be a bit long winded. I went in yesterday (so I have had a cool off period) for a 16 foil and all over color and cut. Added at the beginning a condition treatment and a brow wax. I was very clear and repeated about the time I had to work with. My appointment was at 1pm and I need to leave by 5pm. 4 hours is way more time then needed. . Nikki the stylist decided it was best to foil my over all color ?!?! Why? I do not know. I have fine but thick hair. I don’t see why that is even remotely necessary just painstaking and time consuming. So 2 plus hours to foil every single inch of my head! The timer got set for 30 minutes. She in color to the very ends. At the 15 minuteof the timer she took a new client! (Which the district manager offered to take the new client! The manager knows this is going to be a problem) Yep! So she put her in the chair and did the consultation and then took her back washed her hair! Ding! my timer goes off. She looks over continues to pu. conditioner on, wax eye brows, and upper lip. A bit of idle chit chat. So guess what friends. You guessed it my hair sat processing till death. I tried to get her attention politely. Who wants to make the hair dresser angry in the middle! So she rinses me out. I politely say that we are running over on my timers and I have to leave at 5 to be to work. Multiple times do I repeat this. So I have to have toner on my hair! How long does this need to be in 10 minutes. Ok. So I set my timer. So she goes back to the new client and starts her cut and we aren’t going to be in shock. She left me for an extended period of time again. So my toner gets rinsed I show Nikki the time. Oh I need to be out of here by 5 too we got this. She insisted we really needed to condition and feeling over processed. I let her. So of course she goes back to cutting and blowing out the new clients hair. And after another complete ridiculous length of being ignored I started to rinse my own hair. I am very sure she seen me as she was just on the other side of the wall. She chose to ignore the fact that I was doing it. My hair is completely unbrushable so damaged it is probably going to a full chop off. I have called the store twice the only thing they have offered is another condition treatment and a hair cut. The price to ruin my hair which I will not lie was show stopped $182. Yes ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO DOLLARS! To do nothing but ruin my beautiful hair. I am not trying to be a Karen but when I say show stopper hair I don’t go a week without being stopped and complemented by strangers. I will probably have to cut it completely off as for it is breaking and falling out. If you have read this and there are typos. Please don’t think I am stupid. I can’t stop crying. As for Nikki if you are reading this you claim to be a God abiding women. You stole my money the second you left me in that chair for another client. Greed was your motivation. Find yourself right with God with that. You were trying to make more money. I am a huge tipper. I work the service industry. The second you abandoned me you started costing yourself tip money. You ruined my hair by neglect to do your job! All of which you felt right with doing as I left the salon with my hair dripping wet and and completely unbrushable. You are responsible and have stolen my hard earned money. I don’t feel my words are too harsh and I have taken a night to reflect. As soon as your next client came in you were done with me. You could have passed me off to the manager. As for the manager. You were fully aware of what was happening an let Nikki take on too much. As a consequence to you not wanting to take your role and have authority of the situation you have cost me my beautiful hair. My hair is now falling out damaged beyond repair. I am looking at having to cut my full head of hair. The only compensation you have offered is a condition and cut. No thank you. Your salon will never be touching my hair again. At this point a full refund is expect and can never make me whole."
