"I don’t know too much about car but . I went to oil change 1 st at this place after read all great reviews.but i got surprised they didn’t drain oil or didn’t lift my vehicle. And they collect payment of $80and some change before they start adding oil. And the bill i see has 5.5 qt of oil . My question is how would u know before you pump the oil. Also why didn’t you guys drain the old oil . Well sound change after i drive so I figured that they did put oil in it but its drive smooth but the question is why u didn’t drain the oil and how can u charge for 5.5 qt before start adding oil. ?"
