"Beware of Angie . I was looking for a new stylist since mine retired . I found RK Studios online and unfortunately got Angie for a stylist . She could accommodate my very busy schedule and do late evening appointments. My first visit I wanted all over color . The color was supposed to be brown and I ended up with black hair . My second visit I asked for a lighter brown not black . The pics show how it ended up. I wasn't satisfied at all and asked her to fix it. Angie did inform me she could get me in that day at 2pm . She knew there was no way I could come in the afternoon so I asked for something later after work . She then told me it would be 2 weeks before she could work me in . I explained I can't wait 2 weeks I look hideous and this was during the holiday. She then stated maybe I would be better off with another salon . I did go to another salon and got my hair fixed the correct way . So long story short Angie has no concept of customer service and I would not recommend her for a stylist."
