"I recently moved and had a bunch of random clothes that I wasn't sure if I was going to keep, donate, whatever..I got scheduled to work in Monticello and had the bag of clothes in my car still..I ended up having an emergency and had to leave my clothes there, not knowing they closed at 7 pm..I showed up like 5 til. I believe her name was Tammy..she was more than happy to let me in and told me to even take my time and fold them. Maybe she thinks its her job, but now a days, friendly service is not a common thing. I just hope she knows she is doing a great job!"

"website shows it closes at 8 pm got there at 7pm put my clothes and money in washer when the manager decided to come over at 7:05 and tell me i had to take my then wet clothes out of washer because they close at 8. Remind you that the washer only takes 23 minutes to be done and i usually can dry them in less than 20 minutes so that still leaves almost 20 minutes before they close at 8. But what bothered me the most is the attitude in which they had towards me when i never said anything hateful or disrespectful i agreed to take clothes out and go else where and even after I apologized they still was very rude. So if you like being talked down to and management being completely disrespectful this is the place for you. But as for me i’ll never be back that place"

"Nice and clean coin operated facility with excellent prices for machines. 60 lb load washing machine for 6.50 and dryers for 75 cents. Lots of machines and folding areas. It also has a few video games, tvs and a kids area which was nice for my three young kids to keep entertained. They even have a tanning salon so you can tan while you wash your laundry! If I hadn't had the kids with, I'd definitely have enjoyed that experience. Great stop for washing our clothes while on a road trip."
