"I would like to state that I gave a 4 star because I don't ever do 5. The one down fall was that they said they would contact me but I don't know what happened but I would have to call to follow up with the repairs which wasn't a big deal to me. I was in a front end collision durring winter and went to gerber upon several recommendations to get the work done. They could not get a part that they needed because it was backordered and wouldn't look into anything that I had recommended getting. 4 months after the accident I was in dire need of getting the car fixed. And gerber was clearly not caring to help or intrested in doing it, so I looked up other places around here and found Haines! Within the week of my calling if they would do the work I got in for an estimate. A few days later they said they could get every part within a week in a half. So 2 weeks after going there (that took gerber 4 months) my car was in. Don did an amazing job! Finished in the timeline he gave me and even worked with changing a small deatial later on. His receptionist was always so kind and always took the time to get me a solid answer and Don always let me know what was going on durring it. I highly recommend them for any work you need. They are fast and great to work with! If I ever need work done again I am returning to Haines!"
