"Great experience here. * We rented a car here in Nov, 2023. I was worried about getting a rental in the area with so many negative reviews about the different rental companies. We ended up at this location because it's close to the Purdue Campus. * The staff was super friendly and our experience was pleasant. * The car was in great condition and the process from walk-in to getting the keys were straightforward and simple. I can't remember the name of the employee who helped us but he was thorough with explaining different things to us and called us back afterwards to check how our experience was. * They have an after hours return of the vehicle as well. There's a overnight drop off kiosk for the car keys where you just park the car and drop the keys into the kiosk. I would definitely rent from here again."

"I've been renting from here for many years, actually as soon as they opened this location. It's the only Enterprise in West Lafayette and closest to me in the area. The staff is generally pretty nice and professional. Recently one way rental dropping off at Chicago is available again, so I'm using this location as my pick up location again. Previously I've had problems with some of their cars with mechanical problems, but usually they were able to swap it out."

"Generally a good company and good service. However, today the rep told my wife that they would have a car for her. Not only a car, but she would be able to choose between some. She then immediately called State Farm to send the order over. About an hour later they called us to tell us they wouldn't have a car for fourish days. From the outside it appears that they told us they have a car just so that we could put the order in, only to bait-and-switch us later."

"1 year later: This place is still the bomb!! Amazing service and excellent vehicles! This enterprise is the best best best location!! Have rented nearly 10-15times over the past few months. 10/10 times it was 5* experience. Spencer Dave Skyler and other staff ( names I don't remember ) are all exceptionally talented and well versed in amazing customer service. Cars from here are superb! They are extremely professional and go out of the way to look after customer needs. Please give them some awesome award and bonuses. The rest of the negative reviews are not fair and probably irrelevant."
