"Terrible repair service. Received our riding mower back after getting an annual service check. Didn’t even ride for 10 minutes and mower stopped. We ultimately found out a belt got shredded. We had to force Castonia to stand behind their work as they weren’t going to cover the repair. Unbelievable after paying $300 for annual service check up. We also noted that the mower was no longer mulching like it used to. When we had it serviced by a different repair shop in Demotte we learned that the mulching attachment had been removed at some point by Castonia and never reattached. I would never do business with Castonia again."
"5/16/22 - Just spoke to Chris about replacing a mower deck belt on a 1978 John Deere 400. I called John Deere in Crown Point and Valparaiso who both refused to answer my question saying their guys were too busy. Chris at Castongia Tractor in Demotte not only was extremely helpful, he insisted on taking down my number when he found the answer, which he promptly did - I was extremely impressed!! I wish I lived closer, they definitely would be my go-to tractor supply company for all my needs. They care for the little guy, like me! ...10 plus stars. Cant thank you enough Chris!"

"Perfect experience. Great sales department. Yes there was a wait for a salesperson but that was perfect for me. I don't like when sales people run up to you. It gives you time to look around at what you want. I most definitely recommend this location. Every question I had was answered professionally and promptly. And i got a great deal to."
