They got me scheduled quickly, fixed the small rust spot and chips on the fender and the work they completed looks great. Very user friendly. "This review is long overdue! I can't express enough how awesome and professional they are. Numerous body shops in Terre Haute told me they wouldn't recommend taking my small Class C RV to HartleyZ. However, I was so impressed with the professionalism and the time they took to explain to me the process. They kept me informed throughout the ENTIRE process. They even gave me a photobook after! I have to give them 5 stars; I wish I could give them more. 95% of the RV was repainted and it looks amazing!! Thank you once again for your professionalism and attention to detail. I'm not sure if they want to paint another RV again but THANK YOU for painting mine!"
"Hit a deer at beginning of January. I called around to different shops who said it could be weeks before they could get me in. Stumbled across HartleyZ and Mike was so splendid. He got my car in next day. They had it about two weeks and had it done within that time. Easy to work with, great communication, and great customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
