"I had a 6 month follow up cleaning scheduled on November 10th, Friday at 6:00 p.m( was asked if I could move it to 5 p.m and I accepted). I was greeted by a nice receptionist. However, enter the first step of my cleaning, the hygienist assistant or technician, did not fully conduct my cleaning. He only did the top left and right of my teeth. Did not do the bottom or the middle where my retainers are. This was the first thing I noticed was wrong. I’ve gone to many dentists in the past and they have always fully flossed my teeth. Besides that, the appointment felt rushed as in there was no bedside manner and the roughness of the cleaning. The assistant only did polishing and “flossing”. When the hygienist came, it was rough,uncomfortable, and rushed. When it was time to use the tools, each tooth was rushed and not taken with time. Again, I am referencing other dentists I’ve gone to in the past that have provided excellent cleaning. I left the dentist with the sensation of having only my teeth brushed and not the deep cleaning that I used with my insurance. I have gone to many dentists in the past, orthodontist, and have done many deep cleanings as well. Each time I have left my teeth feel extremely well taken cared of and deeply cleaned. However, this location did not live up to its high reviews. I considered this location because I am new to the area but am now concerned that I used up a deep cleaning when I didn’t receive the proper full service. I am extremely disappointed and I am hoping it is not because it was a Friday night that the deep cleaning was rushed."

The dental assistant & the doctor did their tests and were very professional, informative, & made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend."
