"First time being at a black owned nail salon I liked it. She had young girls in there as nail techs which I think is great for them. It took a few hours for me to get a pedicure and a full set. I will say you have to have patience coming here if you don’t then go ahead and go somewhere else."

"My daughter went to get her nails done by Blanca, but she was fully booked. So unfortunately she had to get her nails done by Nez. I say unfortunately because I went around Christmas for the first time and it took Nez 3 hours to do a full set. Remind you I didn’t have anything on my nails to soak off so I know it shouldn’t have taken that long. Anyway, after getting my nails done there were a few of them that weren’t finished and needed a topcoat (regarding the shape and design). She was notified immediately after however she just refused to correct them. Moving forward.. my daughter was with her friend and was told from Nez that she has an appointment but they weren’t there, they were late. She started my daughter nails and about 30 minutes into getting her nails done (my daughter) Nez appointment showed up, super late of course. Nez stopped my daughters nails and started the other lady’s nails. My daughter got there at 2pm and left at 7pm. How do you lock someone’s entire day up like that? Not to mention she had to continuously correct her mistakes, like applying her nails crooked, leaving acrylic around the cuticles and not filing the nails down the same length. She took advantage of my teenage daughter! Eating whole meals while working on someone nails is unsanitary.. NEVER will be back."
