"B. K. Stenftenagel was very unprofessional and demeaning to my daughter during her last visit to remove her upper and lower expanders. We decided to forgo any further treatment for braces and B. K. Stenftenagel and her staff definitely made it clear that they were upset about losing a client $$$$ and desperately tried forcing me and my daughter to continue with getting braces even if they were to remove the expanders which we were told was a critical part of her dental plan. I was not able to obtain an itemized receipt or explanation for any charges in her office. I will say one positive thing... B. K. Stenftenagel did call me back and i was able to defend my daughter for B. K. Stenftenagal's desperate behavior, most likely due to losing a client $$$$$$. You and your staff should most definitely be ashamed of yourselves. FYI, i did call my insurance company since i was told by your staff that nothing was paid as of yet from my insurance. CIGNA verified that you did receive a direct deposit payment? Hmmmmm... They are also aware that my daughter is no longer a patient at your office."

"My full experience overall was amazing. BFAA is a great place, but i don’t advise letting trainee’s do your work!!! I got my braces off yesterday and needed to get my permanent retainers in. She had to do it 3 times. I got my impressions done for my night time retainers, and it took her 6 times to get it right, 3 on top and 3 on bottom. It made me gag, and now i woke up with sores on the sides of my mouth"
