"I do not like the new “policy” of having to leave my car for the service. And the pricing does not match what the signs say nor do employees tell you about the more than 10 price difference for an oil change. The wall says full synthetic is 79 dollars nowhere does it state that brands may make prices fluctuate. And they didn’t even take my coupon! Very upsetting! You don’t know what people have in their pockets nothing is easy for anyone right now and that really made me feel a way about Duke of Oil in Griffith, IN."

"This duke of oil sucks I went and got a full service and they didn’t check anything not my power steering oil not my transmission just gave me an oil change after forcing me to get the full service i highly do not recommend them the manager had no sympathy he just kept saying they should have checked it well they didn’t sir his name is don he sucks"
