"Went here for the first time with my daughter. We had never had frozen custard and were confused by what the difference between a sundae and concrete was. The gentleman explained it to us nicely. It took a little while for the order to get made but we enjoyed it very much."

"Food is always great. A tad bit pricy, but overall you are paying for quality food. Fantastic cheese curds if you like curds without a crunchy shell. Service depends on the time of day you go and which day; sometimes I'll get good quick service, other days it'll be slow and I'll have to repeat my order three or so times because of the music playing and the people at the counter. Had to repeat my ice cream order three times, and then remind them at the counter after they gave me my food and tried to send me on my way, haha. They're not hostile, though. They're good folks; they're just a little distracted sometimes. Steak burgers are fantastic, fry sauce is good with anything, and the ice cream is top-notch. Worth checking out at least once. Staff has always been friendly when I've gone. Generally better to go before 9 pm in general for a little more attentive service. Overall it's a solid place with good food for a little extra money and patience."

"They reached out to me and they seemed to have resolved the problem and stopped the people closing the store early. So you should now still be able to go through the drive through till actual close at 10 pm and 11pm on there respectable nights . (( no more cones blocking drive through for early against the rule closing)) they also gave me top notch customer service!! I have always enjoyed the food here and I hope to continue to eat here often. I hope this also brings back more business from the rest of you who felt betrayed. It’s not the companies fault a few young people wanted to be unprofessional. So they could quote “ get home early to play video games”. Being productive and professional means honoring and doing what you company that hires you actually wants. Also no one got fired so everyone got a second chance to do it right, which is an extra plus in my book!! Excellent food , keep at it o7"

The staff seemed more interested in chit-chatting amongst themselves than ensuring a clean and pleasant environment for customers. Additionally, I encountered a broken soap dispenser in the men's room, which further added to my disappointment. One of the first things I noticed upon entering the establishment was the unsightly state of the floors. They appeared to have gone without a thorough cleaning for quite some time, with visible dirt and grime in various corners. It was disheartening to witness this neglect, as it significantly impacted my overall impression of the restaurant. The tables were no better. They were covered in sticky residue and food crumbs, indicating a lack of attention to basic cleanliness. It was evident that the tables hadn't been wiped down properly in quite some time. This not only affected the visual appeal of the dining area but also raised concerns about the overall sanitation practices of the establishment. What further exacerbated my disappointment was the behavior of the staff. Instead of promptly addressing the cleanliness issues, they were engaged in casual conversations, seemingly oblivious to the filth surrounding them. While it is understandable that employees may need to take short breaks or socialize, it is imperative that they prioritize the cleanliness of the restaurant and attend to the needs of the customers. To add to the list of grievances, I discovered a broken soap dispenser in the men's restroom. Basic hygiene facilities should be well-maintained at all times, and the presence of a malfunctioning soap dispenser reflects a lack of attention to such essential details. This lack of cleanliness and functionality in the restroom only reinforced my negative impression of the restaurant. On a positive note, I must acknowledge that the staffing levels appeared to be sufficient. There were enough employees present to attend to customers and manage orders efficiently. However, the focus on quantity seemed to come at the expense of quality, as evident from the lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance. In conclusion, my experience at Freddie's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers fell short of my expectations. The filthy floors, dirty tables, and overall lack of attention to hygiene were disappointing. Moreover, the broken soap dispenser in the men's restroom was a clear indication of neglect. I hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and implements necessary improvements to provide a more pleasant and sanitary dining experience for their customers."
