"The last time I visited Attica Car Wash I was very disappointed and gave it a poor review. We just purchased a new vehicle a few weeks ago and one morning it was filthy from road grime and salt deposits used for ice covered roads. I pulled in to the automatic car wash lane and I purchased the premium cash wash that offered a lot of special options with it to help keep your vehicle in tiptop shape. After the car wash cycle ended and then going through the dryers I stopped to put some junk in the garbage containers available all around the building as well as vacuums for your vehicle. When I got out I checked my vehicle out and it was very clean and shiny just like when we purchased it. The car wash did a fantastic job cleaning and polishing our vehicle. Thanks Attica Car Wash."

"I just took my van thru the car wash paying for the premium was. My windshield is still as dirty as it was when I went through. Very disappointed."

"Used this car wash in the past and it has always charged more than the amount you select and adjusts the amount later. An $8.00 wash option charges $10.00 or $11.00 and then drops back down to $8.00 a few days later on my bank app. 3 weeks ago I used the manual wash with my debit card 1 time for soap only that said $6.50 and a 2nd time right after to rinse that said $5.00. I subtracted both items in my debit transactions but was charged $21.25 and no credit was ever refunded. Tried calling the phone number for the last 2 weeks without an answer or ability to leave a message. I will not return"
