"Update: I never received a claim and they won't provide me with any of my records. If you Google the name of the dentist there are a lot of complaints about billing and having to pay out of pocket. I wish I had read those before, but I only read the reviews for Creating Smiles. I visited Creating Smiles for the first time last week. They were quick to get me scheduled and the office staff was very friendly. I appreciated that Dr. Kapers took the time to explain my x-rays and answered all my questions. Usually, my insurance company is always billed and then I pay the claim. I was shocked once I was told that I needed to pay around $360 for an x-ray and consultation before leaving. I need to have work done on one or two of my teeth. I was set on Dr. Kapers doing the work but now I'm not so sure after reading all of these reviews. I'm hoping that we will get it all sorted out professionally so that I can continue to see him."

"After not been to the dentist for decades due to fear placed because of experiences as a child, I was prompted to find a dentist due to a dental emergency. I found a great review about Creating Smiles which gave me the confidence to at least call and make an appointment. The stress and anxiety I had about going for the first time was more than anything I have ever experienced. From the moment I first walked in the staff at Creating Smiles did not judge me, made me feel comfortable, safe and held my hand every step of the way. I'm getting dental implants and it is a long process, however, the staff has been so patient and encouraging to me every step of the way. I even made a new friend when I finally got to meet the person whose review gave me the courage to take the first step! Thank you Creating Smiles for making a very scary process for me not so scary!
