"DO NOT GO HERE! I have never been treated so poorly! First of all they are cash only. There is only one sign posted that says so and it happens to be posted in front of the pedicure chairs. So as you’re sitting there soaking your feet you can have a little freak out bc you don’t have cash. Luckily there is an atm across the street. I chose the overpriced basic pedicure for 35$ (I used to live in Hermosa Beach CA and would pay 23$ for basic pedicure in a friendly salon a block from the beach). The gentleman comes over says nothing and starts removing my polish. Then he starts cutting my cuticles. I politely asked him to trim my nails too. He starts speaking to a coworker in Vietnamese and laughing. Then a lady, who I can only assume was the owner or manager, stops working on her customers nails. And with the same gloves grabs the cuticle cutters from the gentleman points to my toe stating this one? And starts hacking away at my nail the whole time speaking to the man in Vietnamese and laughing. I said I wanted all my nails trimmed and she yells at me stating he’s not done with your nails. I said I understand but I’m telling him I want them trimmed. He never asked me or has said a word to me. She yells, “he doesn’t speak English!” At this point I’ve had enough. I told her she was being very rude and I was leaving. She yelled “you are rude!” I left. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this establishment. Maybe I caught her on a bad day, but I doubt it."

"Nancy and Eric are Tops! A#1 in my books ! Very professional and Fantastic at their specialties, but, owner is being Selfish in adding $5 to every service now being offered in 2022 ! With price of gasoline now and prices $10 more to get Dip n Pedi it’s going to be a challenge to continue going to them ! Not to mention I usually tip each one for their Services ! Please reconsider your pricing LVNails !"

"My 3 daughters and I went in to get our nails a done for a girls day since my usual place was closed. The service was fast and we didn’t wait long even though they were very busy. Now the problems the one guy cut my daughter’s nail and made it bleed. Then I was quoted a price to do 3 colors in ombre on my nails, he only ended up doing 2 but still charged me for 3. When went to pay I asked him why I was being charged for the 3 colors if he only did two he told me that was the price. My older daughter got 2 colors and designs and hers was cheaper. I paid I was told my total was $101; $66 for mine, $25 for my 14 year old and $10 for my 6 year old, but when I checked my card today I was actually charged $111. Unfortunately I didn’t get a receipt so it’s my word against theirs but I definitely will not go back!"

"I went for a pedicure as I was attending a wedding the next day. The pedicure process was fine however the polish must have been bad because it never dried! Shouldn’t take 2 days for polish to dry! I was very disappointed that I couldn’t wear my open toed sandals that went with my dress with polish smeared all over my toenails. I believe they should have change the polish at no cost but when I called to complain the lady said she warned me that the polish was slow to dry. It cost $10 more for gel nails polish. I’m retired & on a fixed income and had already spent $40 on this pedicure. When I asked about returning and paying the extra $10 for the gel nails the lady told me it would cost me $15!! That’s a bunch of bull. I will never go back there again."
