"First time at this salon and took the appointment available that day. It's neat and clean. I feel like the hairdresser had difficulty understanding what I told her I wanted. I requested 1/2" to an 1" off the ends with long layers, no frills". I feel like she did what she wanted in hopes I'd like it because she was telling me that it would give me more volume and get rid of the split ends if I cut it shorter. She took 2" and there's a 5" difference between layers. Long layers to me is only a 2" difference between the lengths of the layers. I paid $30 for just a cut, no washing or styling. Needless to say I would not recommend this place or will I go back. It will take me a year or longer to get the length back, extremely upset."
