"This place is so unprofessional ran it’s ridiculous! So you have to make an appointment but it’s first come first serve! And truthfully everybody wants to go to Hannah..so I get there first and tell them I want Hannah and another girl comes behinds me and say I pulled up first and I already text with Hannah and she said she would do my nails first and so Hannah comes out and go talk to the receptionist and tells her what’s going on and Hannah tells the other girl to go sit in her seat! How do Hannah know the girl pulled up first? Do y’all have cameras? Very unprofessional Hannah..you could have atleast came to me and said I’m sorry I did tell her I would do her nails first and I will get you next but nope she just sat down and started doing her nails and said nothing! When you book an appointment you should be able to request who you want to do your nails! but that’s ok last time coming to this rude establishment!"

"I have been a loyal customer for at least the past 4 years and the service I receive is disappointing. I try to overlook it because I always like my nails but I’m not about to keep paying for bad customer service. I always have an appointment but end up waiting an hour or more. They never apologize or accommodate for the wait. Pedicures are always mid. Kathy the owner is always rude to me. Today she snatched the money out of my hand when I paid. Didn’t say thank you or have a nice day. If I come here faithfully every three weeks for YEARS and drop the amount of money I do every appointment, you need to be nice! Period! Not only that, I’ve sent multiple people here. Won’t be recommending again and will start going somewhere else. They’re not the only nail pros and can be replaced."

"I’m not one to do reviews, but just look. Please look at each individual nail. Before I got a good look at them sure they’re fine, but looking at them now this is horrible. I’ve heard mixed things about here and always try to give the benefit of the doubt and i still tipped, because I feel bad, when I shouldn’t. I’ve never been more disappointed, embarrassed, and upset that I paid $80 + $20 tip for… this. I’ve seen them do plenty of great nail designs so maybe it’s just my luck but… A waste of money, I’m sorry. Plus the inspiration •• yes we said white was fine for the tip and almond shape but other than that… no excuse"

"My daughter has been going to this shop for a while so I decided to try them today. I had a wonderful experience. Dan did my nails. I showed him a picture of a French manicure with glitter tips. They had at least five different glitters in the rose gold family for me to choose from. Dan took such good care in shaping my nails and applying the colors. My nails are super smooth and the finish is popping. The shop was well staffed. I didn’t have to wait at all but it think that was just luck for me today. Overall the shop has tons of colors to choose from and some good styling options. I hope my experience today will be the same whenever I go. If you’re going to pay for a professional manicure, that’s what you should get! Thank you Dan, see you again real soon."
