Staff was inviting, helpful and very professional. I was gifted a gift card for the store at my bridal shower and will be asking for more from santa!"

"Maybe I’m not their typical Ulta Beauty looking shopper, but I sure indeed didn’t need to be treated like that. Felt like I was truly discriminated against. Went to look for fragrance gift sets and were told they didn’t have any in stock, I was offered to place an order online, when I was placed with the next employee to take me to the register I can immediately tell by the look I was being judged. While checking out I told them I wanted to use a coupon and she said “don’t waste your time, it won’t work” I’m like ok. When it was time to pay for it I was told the store is a card use only store, so I’m like ok that’s weird because the customer next to me I saw use cash. But I didn’t make a fuss as I wanted these gift set for a birthday present. As I knew how I was being treated I went home and put the same coupon code in and it worked, (for store and online use) I called customer service and was told they would contact the store about my experience. Terrible experience, literally was in tears how I never felt discriminated against."
