"I've been getting my eyebrows threaded here for a couple of years now. I have always been incredibly impressed! Even for a simple clean up, they do a great job with shaping my thick eyebrows. Their high quality of work and great customer service is consistent. It can get busy in the afternoons and weekends, but it will be well worth the wait if you're doing a walk-in. I've recently moved out of state, but I make it a point to come back here for a threading whenever I visit the area. Edit: Unfortunately, they don't have enough people working for all the customers they have. Every time I've tried to go in during the mornings, the place is packed without any room for seats. The wait can be up to 45 minutes for just 5-7 minutes for eyebrow threading."

"I normally love this place, but today I went to get my eyebrows threaded and it was a horrible experience. I was so upset I didn't even get the lady’s name. She took the ends of my eyebrows off and made my eyebrows 2 different shapes. I asked for my money back and explained to her what she did and she continuously laughed and stated I couldn't receive a refund. She needs to be fired, she had horrible customer service and just doesn't know what she is doing."

"I have been going here to get my eyebrows done for at least 5 years and I absolutely LOVE this place! They know what they are doing and do their best to make sure you are satisfied. If you don't like the way they did something and you let them know, they don't get defensive or rude, they are happy to correct it and make sure you are happy with it. They are ALWAYS welcoming and kind. I had a really hard time finding a place to do my eyebrows because every place I went to always thinned them out too much or left my skin irritated or even worse my skin would bleed, but I've never had that happen here. I would recommend this place to any woman who wants to make sure they keep their eyebrows looking amazing!"
