"Usually spa's is a quiet, relax environment. These establishments do not want you to bring your kids. However, Ashley decides to bring her newborn to my waxing appointment. As soon as she put her baby down so she can do my waxing, her baby been crying throughout my whole waxing service. No apology or discount, very unprofessional. My first and time last at Ay'Renee."

"I’ve been going here for at least 6yrs and have been very patient with the lateness and cancellations because they do great work but today blew the mess out of me. I made my appointment 3wks ago for 10a.m today because I work for the railroad and I’m never home so my time is very valuable, and I actually got up and texted to make sure on what time she actually wants me to come because she’s always late, she let me know to come 30mins past my actual time and I said ok. Fast forward 2 1/2 hours later she asks if I could come later not taking in to consideration that I have other things that I have to do. My son is going on prom tomorrow so it was a lot of other things I had going on but I said ok but then she wanted me to come at 8p.m…..10hrs after my scheduled appointment so I politely declined because that’s super unprofessional and any other time I’ve came has been unprofessional from the time management to taking clients that came in after me when I have always been on time to every appointment and if I was running late I would always be courteous and call to let them know and it would always be no more than 10mins late. So if you have any other plans the day of your appointment don’t even bother coming because I guarantee she’s going to be at least an hour or two late if she even shows up for the allotted time. I’m sorry to leave this review but enough is enough and I will never come back here. My time is just as important as anybody else’s and I refuse to keep going to a place that doesn’t understand that"

"I love, love, love it here. The atmosphere is so welcoming and I can be myself when I walk through the door. Every service that I've received here has been exceptional. My eye brows are always done so perfectly and they take their time to make sure that its correct. I never feel rushed and that makes it even more special. The facials are phenomenal and my skin has never felt better. The best part is that its right in my neighborhood. Quality services for Quality prices and I don't have to go all the way downtown or to the northside!"
