"The staff are Rose was always friendly and patient. While it was a bit of a drive for us it was worth it! After comparing to other orthos, Rose was sometimes 1/2 the cost. Dr.Rose did a great job with our sons braces and he interacted well, had a great bedside manner. Thanks Rose Orthodontics for giving my kiddo his smile!"

"Dr. Rose and his staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. I have a very unique situation with needing braces and a nightguard for clenching along with a partial denture for front teeth. It’s far from ideal to deal with these appliances while teeth are rapidly shifting, but Dr. Rose has made time for the many appointments I’ve needed for adjustments, and he has always been so patient and reassuring that he will continue to see me as often as needed to adjust them. Several times, when they didn’t have space for me in the schedule, they squeezed me in to adjust my nightguard so that I could sleep. It means so much to me that he is so kind, and generous with his time. I highly recommend him!"

"I love this place!!! I first went in 2012 and got braces and get them off in 2013. I have had my permanent retainer in for 9 years. It fell off about a month ago and they were able to get me in so fast! Way faster than my now current dentist. I drove from Indiana and they were so kind and helpful. The dentist even told me that my teeth still looked great and that my retainer was not necessary but that he would reattach it free of charge. If I had gone to my current dentist, they would have made me pay $180 at least. I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff is so friendly and I can tell they enjoy their jobs. I have only had positive experiences going there."

"I have to say overall this is a lovely facility (the Watseka location), very clean & orderly. They have some of the best prices when it comes to braces & while the price is great it isn't at the cost of losing quality. My only issue that once the braces are actually put on & they are going to go over care procedures they NEED TO INCLUDE THE CHILD'S PARENT FOR THIS we are spending thousands of dollars for these braces we deserve & need to be included in after care instructions as Not all kids actually listen, ESPECIALLY after sitting for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours to have the braces put on, not complaining about the time it took at all, some kids are so ready to be out they just nod & agree to get it over with quickly. With having said that I have no other complaints aside of lack of communication with the parents. I think they need to remember they are dealing with many children NOT adults. Hopefully this helps them to maybe make some changes."
