"Phlebotomists usually don't listen to me and stick both arms and my hand multiple times and bruise me. It gives me a lot of anxiety about having blood drawn. This one listened, was nice, and got it in my hand the first time, no bruising. Too bad more aren't like her. Also, short wait"

"Checked in online with my smartphone out in my car. Went inside and had a seat. Chairs spaced for observation of COVID guidelines. My last name and appointment time were up on a screen. The phlebotomist called my last name. I went into a clinical room and sat in the patient chair. She verified my information, including the doctor's office that ordered the lab work. She told me what my copay was going to be. She told me the payment options. I gave her my debit card, she printed out my receipt. She was very pleasant the entire time. She drew my blood, she taped my arm and told me to have a good day. Quick, easy, nice staff. I don't know what all the complaints are about."

"If i could give this place 0 stars I truly would. I made an appointment for 7:20 AM. My location states on their door they are open from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Fridays. I got here around 7:00 AM and did the check in through my phone. The worker was late pulling in at 7:30 AM. Me and another individual walk in behind her after she unlocks the door and she doesn’t turn any lights on in the waiting area just goes to the back and turns her lights on. Still sitting in the dark in here. The individual who walked in with me had an appointment before me which he was told he was late too but he couldn’t get in to check in so when the one worker came out and called me I told her I believed he should go first. She immediately had an attitude stating she is going off of what she can see not even taking into consideration the fact she was late and that is the reason he was deemed late to his appointment. I work in Health Care and the attitudes and professionalism this place has is some of the worst I have ever seen. These people do not care, they have no interest in being here or helping people and it shows. I would NEVER recommend Quest Labs to anyone."

"I'd always heard how bad this place was and now I get it. The 2.5 stars on the reviews is way too generous. The scanner doesn't work to check in but you can't have your bloodwork until it does. Finally somebody comes out and all I received was info about when her breaks or lunches are and the advice to go home and call the number. They want self serve so bad I wish they'd just let me draw my wn blood and drop it in a vending machine and they could just close."

"First of all they are not open during lunch! So we go during our lunch break and waited …. Our paperwork from doctor states walk in accepted … The lady let us in right after lunch She was not welcoming at all… we stood there waiting at the counter waiting… We figured out we could check in on a small tablet There was a total of 4 walk ins and 1 schedule appt 25 minutes after.. The employee there later came out and told us All walk ins have to pretty much leave and make an appointment because the wait was going to be too long ! Ridiculous!!!! I will never go to this place again!"
