"I really had a great experience with my 8 and 5 year old. The office was clean, and the wait time was not long at all. A beautiful woman name Ms. Ebony really explained the process and really made my kids feel comfortable. She was so pleasant and nice , I really wish I could get her type of service everywhere ! Now, the reason for 4 stars is because they don’t let the parents observe the process usually, but since it was my kids first time there, they allowed it ! But I highly recommend !"

She talks to them so that they understand the effects of not brushing/flossing! Dentist, Maria, is general and quick with her procedures!"

"I must say, I'm overwhelmingly pleased with this entire office. I tried 3 dental offices, in which, was covered by my mom's insurance and was not satisfied. My mother suffers from Dementia and patience is an absolute requirement. I got separate insurance just to bring her into Illinois to Apple Dentistry. They have been outstanding from inception; This includes the dentist, hygienist and staff. Dr. Maria is relatable and offers empathy to our challenge. My goal is to keep my mom's teeth as best as I can and they are assisting me to do so. I highly recommend this establishment! Additionally, they have other professionals in the office that can handle most things involving the teeth, which is a major plus!"

"Where do I begin... I was looking for a dentist.... and this office caught my eye because the first thing the website stated was... they cater to the scared (something like that) AND THAT WAS ME! I would never have imagined to meet not just my dentist but she’s also the owner! She is funny well seasoned in her trade and definitely has a team of compassionate staff that has exceeded my expectations of great customer service. The dentist was informative and almost parental with her recommendations and her advice. I’m getting a lot of work done and I’m comfortable with the procedures that are being done and will be done. Kudos to the receptionist the dentist assistants and the Dentist!! They all create a great team and for that... they have a customer for the life of my teeth!!!"
