"Returned to this dentist after 2 years because he did so well on my wisdom extractions. My appointment was at 11. He told me to wait as he pulled up my information when instead he was calling around to find tires for his car. He proceeded to tell me he could do that instead of taking care of me his patient. Then because upset when i got upset about him putting my healthcare second to his personal needs. It is now 11:30 he called security to remove me from the facility but i left on my own. Insane how you can’t expect even the doctors to do their jobs"

"Couldn’t not tell the difference between code 7240 and 7250 they literally told me they could t get my tooth removal covered and kept pressing hard to have me pay out of pocket for a procedure that insurance said they would in fact cover. No one ever answers the phone and the surgeon in on Monday July 11 2021 acted and sounded like some thug with no respect or decency at all. Instead of answering the phone with some attitude why do t you try listening to you clients you jackass"

"I made a appointment to see the Dentist. Got there ahead of time waited downstairs for the elevator that's clearly not working. Walked up the stairs waited until someone finally acknowledge me and than tell me that the Dentist is not there! So nobody felt the need to call ahead of time to let the people know that Dentist isn't in? Than tells me to come back Monday to make an appointment! No thanks I'll won't be back!"
